Selling Profitable watch hellcats site ( ranks first page google)

Hi guys i am the owner of watchhellcatsonline(dot)net and am looking to pass it on to a new owner.
Currently ranks top 2-3 for most key phrases related to the show including

watch hellcats & watch hellcats online

has received 41626 visitors in the 5.5 weeks the show has been running.
This traffic is basically purely from search engines with the occasional facebook comment link and a few from yahoo answers.

I have not advertised on sites such as sidereel tv-links etc so this again would increase the traffic.

Revenue has been purely from graboid and has made $70+ in the 5 weeks.

I normally add cpalead but not until about 5-6 weeks in to gain a good fan base first.

I would estimate an easy $100+ per week no hassles with cpa if you were to add it.

the site has a lovely wordpress design and has been seo'd to rank for its desired key words...which it does.

Domain is registered at godaddy and will be a free push

Has alot of potential being it ranks first page and all traffic atm is search engine.
