Selling Profitable Top Host Site

I am selling www.tophostguru.com. This website is under a month old, but it is already very profitable. It is a top list of web hosts, majority of the revenue comes from referrals to web hosting companies. Web hosts generally pay $90 to over $300 for referrals. Pagerank is currently 0, but I am hoping for an increase next update due to the link building I did.

Revenue: In July, $525 from CJ.com commissions, $33.54 from adsense. I had 5 web hosting sales total. Screenshots are located here: adsense, CJ1, CJ2. All of these sales are from normal site visitors; I did not refer anyone I personally know to buy hosting.

Expenses: I would estimate I spent under $100 for advertising, there are several websites linking in. and I did try out some PPC advertising, but not much. I am on a very cheap $2 hosting account.

I will help the buyer, and if they want, share tips for succeeding with this website. Please remember that sales through affiliate links are unpredictable, and one day you may have 3 sales, and then go a week without any. Future success depends on how well the next owner markets the site.

I am selling at a set price instead of an auction because I feel I can continue making money through this site and am not in a rush to sell, although I am going on vacation soon and the extra money would be nice. what script are you using for the site, and why do you want to sell it.

 

The site is not using any script, mostly html with a little bit of php. I am selling because I am going on vacation in a week and a little extra cash would be useful.

Hi, from the screenshots, you are sorting by all sites. How do we confirm they are not coming from your other sites?

 

This is the only website running on my CJ, analytics, and adsense accounts. I created all fresh accounts for this site. I will give access to the buyer to CJ and analytics before they pay, so that they can confirm that the data is genuine.
