    I'm no longer continuing promoting the site as i'm off to a bigger plan. The site has Google Page Rank 2, and the site is making me $800 a month.
    There will be no BIN but i will start it with $150.

    Good question.
    There's no PPC involved, just plain free traffic. The site's had many quality backlinks. I did ten's of article submission to Ezinearticle, ArticleDashboard, Hubpages, Squidoo and many others. Created Buzzle page, wordpress.com, Google pages etc. All the afford are making ton's of traffic, PLUS the site has a very good ranking in Google with certain keywords

    One things that special about this site, you can submit it to podcast directories/sites, now that definitely will give tons of traffics.

    P/S:See my second link sig below. It's a secret traffic technique that most of us didn't know about, and i'm giving away a copy whoever wins the bid.
