For Sale - Premium WordPress Themes Gallery.com

    http://www.premiumwordpressthemesgallery.com/

    Proof is here! http://www.premiumwordpressthemesgallery.com/pwtg.zip

A simple site that showcases the best premium wordpress themes around the web. Does well in Google, uses a premium theme itself and is link to the top premium wordpress theme affiliate programs.

Has earned $241.5 since launched in December 2010 - Pagerank 2.

Reason for selling: on to bigger and better things to be honest and don't want to just leave it. Works best when updated twice a week.

Has a procedure list for adding the themes so it's easy to take over. Can possible give you the affiliate accounts if this makes it easier for you - just need to update the details. If not then best to re-register each one.

Uses WordPress and will assist with the move etc. all sales are final but can provide after sales support while you get to grips with the site.

$320 BIN i think is very fair! Payment via paypal or bank transfer.

Check my feedback - I'm a seller you can trust.

Please post your questions. Can provide proof of earnings via screen shots of affiliate accounts.

Lots of potential! Easy to update

    Happy Bidding!

I've seen this posted a lot. Have you lowered the price (reserve)?

So according to that earnings stat the site averages $30 per month in earnings?

Also, site has a Pagerank of 2 but ranks #95 for keyphrase "Premium Wordpress Theme" and ranks #220 for keyphrase "Premium Wordpress Themes"...what SEO'ing have you done for the site? I'm asking because I'm curious as to why the site isn't ranking high for these keyphrases to capture the estimated 22,500 exact searches per month(according to Google Keyword Tool.).

Well no, It started very well and then (as I always do) I move on to bigger and better projects. I haven't really worked on the site since around late March so the earnings have dropped (the majority of the earnings where made early on). Shouldn't be too hard to get back on track if you updated twice a week etc.

I've not really done much SEO since the site launch. Done a few links to the site but that's about it. It had a plan for the start to focus on long tail keywords that contained "premium wordpress themes" and other keywords.

In terms of traffic, no it doesn't rank well for the primary keyword yet but never expected it too. The best way to get traffic is to focus on the longer tail terms (that each posts focuses on) and that is where traffic enters the site. Longer tail terms convert much better into sales and is much easier to rank for.

I'm selling the site because if you don't work on the site they end up dying. Could be good for someone to simple add content to the site twice a week and convert long tail search terms into sales.

Any more questions anyone, please ask.

If that's the case I would recommend lowering your reserve price as well as BIN because you're evaluation is based on earnings from early on not currently.

What would you recommend I lower it to?

And who said the price is based on earnings?

I would recommend removing the reserve price altogether and have BIN offers submitted via PM instead of setting a predetermined BIN amount. This would let the marketplace determine the value of the site by the buyers because quite honestly there isn't sufficient stats to determine a fair valuation on this site. The only real thing of value on this listing is the PR 2 rating. The traffic volume is weak at 500 visitors per month so you can't put a high valuation on that. And the earnings are primarily from the site launch to several months ago so its hard set price point based on that.
