    I am selling this PR3 content site

    The site contains original articles that were submitted to article directories long ago.
    Traffic is averaging around 140 uniques a month lately.

    I am making money from Adsense, the site has made $102.71 in the past year.
    It's not unsual to get clicks of $2.50 or more on this site, due to the high paying nature of the topic. I have had clicks paying even over $3 each.

    There is huge potential here for even more Adsense and other income for someone with knowledge to write more articles on the topic. This just isn't a topic I am interested in pursuing.

    why is only the homepage the only page with PR usually this is a sign that the site has been penalized by google. Can you explain why?

    No it's not a sign that the site has been penalized by Google.
    The reason would be that all links are pointing to the home page therefore it is the only page receiving PR.

    I will bid $190- I dont think the lack of internal pr is a penalty (its just a relatively new site). Why would the site be penalized as it has no outgoing links.

    The site is not penalized in any search engines. I hate when people speculate without facts :)

    I have done virtually nothing on this site all year, all incoming links were built in 2005.
