    Why are you selling this site?
    This month the website has had a 132 direct orders from clients, all worth 56 373 AED, which is a little bit more than $15 000. The orders were not delivered. I do have all the proof of traffic and the orders made.

    How is it monetized?
    It is not monetized at the moment.

    Does this site come with any social media accounts?
    None

    How much time does this site take to run?
    Few hours a day

    What challenges are there with running this site?

    so website generated zero profit and you're asking 30k because website generated 15k in sales which would never convert to the 15k because margins in furniture business are not that high.

    For the last 4 months the site has had orders for the total of more than 200 000 AED. It is not taken any care of at the moment, people just go there and try to buy some furniture items. I can't deliver them, I can't do the storage because I'm located in Europe. I need someone located in the UAE (any emirate would do it) to do the delivery and storage - that's pretty much of it. I already have clients that will pay, as a proof I am willing to give the potential buyer the access to the admin panel, so he/she can check the orders made, call the buyers and make sure it's all fine.
