Profitable niche site for sale: Language-Pod.com

I'm selling my site Language-Pod.com as I have another project that I would like to devote my time to exclusively. The site is built on top of Joomla and uses e-junkie.com for the shopping cart/digital downloading.

Since March of 2007 when the site was first put up, I've sold $1,810 worth of language courses and there have been nearly 9,500 visitors to the site. The site also comes with videos that I've produced that I use for google video ads for each individual language as well as banners in every size google uses for chinese, spanish, and hebrew.

This site has great potential if you work to get it ranked in the search engines. I've done very little link building and as such the site only has a PR of 2.

I'm selling the site and domain for $1,000 which includes everything described above. For an additional $250, I'll include CD duplication tower I purchased for the site. The duplicator includes three 52x duplicator drives in a tower and one additional drive to read from the master discs. I found this to be a much better alternative than investing in a large run of each of the course CDs from a duplication company.

Hi guys. The courses are modified versions of courses in the public domain, so there aren't any copyright issues.

As far as proof of income, did you even download the PDF?
