SE Description:
SE is a Popular & established Myspace site that currently generates $70/day with AdSense. SE receives more than 10k unique visitors a day and 30-40k page views daily. SE was registered on May 16, 2006. I took the site down between June and the last week of August due to bandwidth issues (resolved now) which was from the sites upload feature and the fact Ive been busy with other projects. It is still available now but its absolutely barebones and only small images under 100kb can be uploaded. This was done to prevent abuse which ate up most of the bandwidth . The site was growing faster than my hosting plan could handle. Now the site is very manageable, and bandwidth used since September has been under 50 GB

Since putting it online full time in September it has maintained its pr5 ranking (pr6 predicted) and I noticed that most of the sub-pages are PR4 . SE has generated a huge amount of revenue for me since the re-launch. The urls are SEO optimized. I have not optimized each pages keywords and I haven’t seo’d the pages since I have been busy developing my other sites. Once you get the SEO in place for each page surely you will rank very well in the Search Engines. SE’s traffic is generated by returning visitors (bookmarks/type-in), link exchanges, myspace profiles and Search Engines.

With YPN Ads you could easily double/triple the income with higher paying keywords. SE gets a lot of clicks per day and you could benefit from that since I only have AdSense running .

Why am I selling:
I really don’t want to sell it but I am a newlywed and we need the cash to remodel part of the house we recently bought and I could use the funds to finance some online projects.

What’s included:
SE domain and all the content on the site. I will also help you if you have any questions, I am usually available on Email or AIM. The site will be zipped to you or transferred via FTP.

Payment/Transition of Ownership:
The Sale will be handled through Escrow.com. Upon your successful bid, you will deposits funds at Escrow.com via wire. I will then push the domain through GoDaddy, I will then email or ftp the site to your server. Buyer will verify that you received everything and Escrow.com releases the funds. The Buyer will incur the Escrow.com fees.

Operating Expenses:
I only pay $14.99 a month for hosting through 1and1, that should pay for itself immediately,

What I don't get is, you state 'I've been offered $15-16k for this site', yet you're starting the bid at $12,500?

Also, 10k natural uniques is impressive, but how often are bulletins being sent out? What's your CTR, CPM, impressions per day?

 

Hi Twan I want to generate some interest in the site...some bids start at 1 dollar so i dont see what the fuss is . I did get offers of 15k but I guess they werent serious. BIN is set at 20k


Avg CTR is about 6-10 percent $6-7 CPM Ad Impressions avg 32,000 pageviews x 2 ads per page = impressions per day..... I post bulletins from my own account maybe 1 to 2 times a month max Hope this helps. I dont use bulletins but the buyer could very well increase rev by advertising through bulletins and buying quality text links Also has backlinks from www.ensight.org sitewide (pr7) that is long term

 

should probably add some screenshots of adsense, traffic, referrers, etc.
