    I'm having a huge server clearance and selling off all of the websites that I started to develop, but never had much time to do much with. One of which is - http://www.howtostopfarting.net - an "exact match domain" website set up to target that keyword phase. It has made some good sales in the past, but they are very inconsistent.

    Revenue comes from promoting a Clickbank ebook for which we get $17.98 per sale, and there is no *steady* pattern of sales. We might sell 3 copies in a couple of days, then nothing for 2 months!

    Below you will find a screenshot of my Clickbank account stats for this product, for the past 12 months, and you can see it has made $233 in sales after refunds.

    Traffic wise, the site gets an average of 2,000 to 3,000 unique visitors per month. See screenshots of my AWStats for 2012 and 2013 up to the present day:

    Most of the sales come from June 2012 onwards, when it started ranking for the term "how to stop farting", which is where most of the traffic comes from as this site usually ranks 2nd in Google for that phrase.

    Of course, this is no real indicator of future performance... It might make a lot more or less in the coming months, depending on whether Google continue to send traffic and how much of that traffic buys, but this website has really been put on the backburner by me as I am busy with other projects, and I have been planning to add more pages to the site, as it is really only 1 page at the moment. Adding another 5 or 6 pages of content should significantly increase traffic and revenue.

    I have identified 6 additional good keywords that you can have content created for and added to the site. These keywords will be provided to the buyer!

    There is a lot of potential here for someone to easily develop this already well established website, and with the extra content you should be able to recoup your investment fairly quickly.

    The domain is registered with Godaddy, so if you have an account with them I will push the domain into your account, or I am also happy to transfer out to another register.

    I would then zip all of the website files up along with the MySQL database and send you a link to download these, so you could upload them to your hosting account. If you need this done for you, I would be happy to help.

    The affiliate link is easily changed within a plugin in Wordpress, which is the platform that the site runs on.
