    Hello,

    I want to sell a profitable Site with a PR 4.

    It is a free proxy site: http://www.howto.pro

    Revenue:
    $747.10 since December 23, 2005.
    No advertising on proxied pages.
    Ads not really optimized.

    Traffic:

    Nov 2006:
    16640 visitor, 724825 pageviews.

    Source of traffic:
    links on other sites (links were build in 2005) and search engines.
    Never paid for advertising.

    The proxy script was disabled from April 2006 and switches on again in November 2006.

    When the site was running in March 2006, it made up to $17 per day.
    (total earning March 2006: $168.40 )
    Now earnings are going up again and reached up to $4 per day.

    October: $26.21
    November: $31.99

    Reason for sale:
    Once the traffic really goes up agein, I would have to put the site on a dedicated server and I have no time (and knowledge) to manage that.

    Payment through esrow.com (split fees, if sold for BIN, I'll pay fees)

    well that is fine, but i only think you are hurting yourself. I think posting this info would generate more bidding interest. For my sake though, i hope i pick it up for $100 and the stats are legit.
