The site made $1650 in Feb, and $950 so far this month. The owner hasn't done any marketing whatsoever since the beginning of this month, so it's the tail end of the email blast hence the revenues are tailing off. We've asked the owner for the screen shots and these should be uploaded by tomorrow.

 

Why are you selling a website for $1750 when it makes that much in 1 month? .........

 

The owner has been trying to sell for some time now, original asking price was $3,000. And rather than have it waste away the owner wants to pass it on to someone who will grow it even more.
It has a gross of $1300 per month, not a profit of that - as the listing states. Profit is around 38% of that - $450. At present stats is a 3-4 month ROI. Which is a very good option for anyone.

Latest paypal proof is here ($940.18) and the bank shots are being sought. There were two personal items on the 1st March. However, the bank transfer does contain the previous months custom including the other payment. If you have any other questions, then please ask.
