    The license for ArcadeAxe.com, per the phpAS license agreement, cannot be transferred to a new owner until 30 days have passed since the purchase of the license.

    In this case the license for ArcadeAxe.com cannot be transferred until January 9th, 2007.

    I am not saying that this website cannot be sold, however it cannot be transferred to a new owner until said date.
