Selling Profitable 5 year old adsense website, no overhead or work required

Looking to sell bad-credit-services.com which a adsense based portal for people with bad credit to find links and other helpful resources for loans. The site is 5 years old and has had a steady traffic flow of about 800 visitors per month for the past several years with no marketing what so ever.

Most of the traffic is from search engine rankings and backlinks. Some of the keywords are "bad credit services" which the site is ranked 1st in bing, 'lendingtree high risk loan' where it is ranked 11th in google and 9th on aol.com. 'high risk instant approval loans' where it is ranked 23rd in google and other related terms.

The site does not get a lot of clicks per month on the adsense ads but the ones it does get pay very well. Below is a keyword list report from google that shows what the keywords pay. The site usually makes between $3 and $9 a day and usually gets 2-3 clicks a day on about 20-30 vistors per day.

Nothing has been done with the site in years. It just sits there. The ebook never really sells and it would be better to just post the info for free on the site to get some content posted on the site. I did just set up a channel for adsense but this is the only site I have on that account but I will let someone put their ad code on the site for a few days with a small deposit to test the income.

The only overhead is $5 per month for host but of course it can be moved.

What about income from the affiliate links on the site?

 

If you go to www.bad-credit-services.com/sale.html you can see the traffic shots. I dont think the affiliate links produce much income. At least not enough to consider. They are from credit.com and cj.com and they simple do not pay very well. From time to time you will get a check from them but it is not a monthly thing at all.

 

can you post last 6 months income?

 

I really dont know the exact income for the past six months. I have just had it on its own adsense account for the past month or two but my best guess is around $70 to $100 per month in income. It has had the same traffic numbers for over a year so I would assume it is still around the same as the last two months.

 

I have a pending BIN offer. No payment yet but everything is on hold for now.

 

Sale did not close, good buyer but overseas and had paypal problems.
