    I agree that profile link is low PR page. However, if you do more comment and adding new friends as well as groups in the network. They will visit your profile and there will be a chance to grow the PR. The good thing about profile link is that you can add more text in your profile there by it will look as small article similar to article submission. As long as the profile links is related to the main market then it is better than a comment page with PR 5.
