When we create a profile on any Social site and add some links in Signature....It Called Profile Links...

Click on register > register.php Fill the form and click on Load From Page. Disable automatic checkbox under the filler box. Then on every register form you can find click on "Save To Page" and you got the form filling and register it. So you can add in the created accounts profil and signature backlinks.

Simply register with forums and when accepted you have the option to put a link to your site via your profile. Make sure that the forum is public so that the search engines can find your link.
