Quick question, are the sites unique? If so what is the cost for a small 5 page site?

I often see replies like 'I have PM'ed you the regarding your queries'. It would be better if you also post those replies in the topic itself as many would be willing to know the answer for some FAQs and there will not be any need for all to ask those FAQs again and again.

Anyhow, I need a hosting site redesign. I'll provide you with a template and will you edit it? I hope this editing will not cost even $70 but lesser.

 

I'd also like to know: are the sites unique or customised from someone else's template?

 

@Jovana: Why would I charge 70$ for a premade theme? Ofcourse they all are unique.. I start all my work from scratch, for each project.. Each project has a custom/exclusive design and/or concept.

@icpathi: Let me first see the template in question, Also let me know the changes to make..

I know exactly what IO want and the niche I am marketing, can you give me a quote for this style website built? racingjunk .com, is the layout I want my website to compare to, kinda the same market but not same niche.
