Professionally designed Recipe site

Selling my almost finished recipe website due to being too busy on other projects www.sproutfresh.com . (I will consider selling cheaper if you have your own domain and I keep sproutfresh.com as I like the domain.

Site is built using Joomla with a joomla recipe mod and video linking extension added. The site has over 20,000 (I think 26,000) recipes added. These along with some content, were purchased from a DP member. Cooking videos, tips and Diets are added. Just content is required on the cover (index page) and the site is ready to promote.

The site gets around 60 uniques per month without any promotion.

You won't get a better presented website than this. Photos have been purchased via Istockphoto. I create websites professionally for a living and I am just over extended with work and this won't change in the forseeable future so take advantage of this and get yourself a distinctive website.

Want bids starting over $100 US with payments via paypal. Auction can run for 10-11 days and will finish Sunday 27th or if I am happy with a bid, I will close earlier.

If bids aren't reasonable, I will sit the site where it is until I can get around to completing it.

If you can't afford to purchase or if you have no interest in the site, please refrain from this thread.

I have no BIN in mind as I have no idea what it is worth. I just know it took a while to put together. The website is hosted on my server and will need to be moved within 8 weeks - no hosting fees will be charged during this transition. Winning bidder will get a link on www.ecobites.com when the recipe site is deemed finished.

If you understand the Joomla cms, you will find this site a breeze to update.

Why is the front page all Lorem ipsum paragraphs?

 

More details regarding recipes, are they added by the users or its taken randomly form other sites, The content specially into "Diet" section is it unique?

In my brief, I stated almost finished. The front end just needs some content added. The rest of the site including scripting and templating is finished along with recipes, videos added.

 

Hi Gonzo, As stated, I purchased this info over a year ago. I doubt if you will find recipes or diets anywhere that are unique. The way I have put the site together makes it unique.

To add a recipe, just register and add a recipe. The Joomla recipe script is the same I use here at this site. It is easy to use and presents well... http://ecobites.com/eco-recipes/331.html

how about the site files transfer as it has some mods installed and even the template, will it be packaged as it is along with the db and will be ready to upload on any servers or will need to install Joomla add mods, template and fine tune the settings.

The site will transfer complete and there is no need to re-install the mods, etc.

I have just had a good offer to BIN with the domain name included. I am now looking at the offer seriously.
