I am looking to hire a designer to create a custom website design for a new company. The company will deal in the development of iPhone Applications. I am not sure what I would like design and color wise, but I am partial to the darker layouts such as the one used by Appiction. The site must look professional an unique. The site must be written in cross-browser compatible XHTML/CSS and any flash elements must be customizable via parameters or other dynamic means. I would like a general layout with CSS that will allow me to add content as I see fit that is fully integrated with the website (as in the layout will stay in tact as height is expanded or elements are changed).
