I'm in between projects right now, so I was looking to take on 2-3 jobs, (maybe more). Depending on their type, they would have a turnaround of 1-3 weeks each. (If it looks like it will take longer for some reason, you will be promptly notified.) Here are some details: Technologies/Techniques I Use While Coding: - Valid XHTML (Strict) - Valid CSS - Tableless layouts only - SEO Friendly - Accessibility and usability - Cross-browser compatibility - JavaScript - PHP - MySql WordPress Plugins Used: - Headspace2 (SEO plugin) - Google Sitemap Generator (If you have another plugin you'd like added, I can try that too.) Also, if you need a partial redesign or large CSS changes made, feel free to contact me about those too, and we can discuss pricing. The way I plan on this working: 1) You contact me with basic project details, including special features you may want the site to have. If I accept the job: 2) After receiving project specifications from you*, I'll begin. 3) Throughout the development process, I'm open to feedback from you about the functionality, layout, design, etc. of the site. It will be up on my test server for you to play around with and suggest changes to. Rates: (If you have another offer, or feel that your project doesn't fit into the above criteria and therefore not the following rates, send me a message and let me know.) Static Brochure Site - $349 (Up to 5 static pages. $50 for each additional page.)** Static Brochure Site w/Contact Form - $450 (Up to 5 static pages. $50 for each additional page.)** Custom WordPress Theme - $500 ^ *I require 25% up front and the rest upon completion. After receiving final payment from you, I'll relinquish the files. (I know you'll need to trust me on this one, but in my opinion, it's the safest way for me to conduct business without getting burned.
