I am looking for a designer that can design an adult video website as well as make the programming so that the website is fully functional. I do not want any third-party scripts but would want everything custom specifically to the website and its purpose. Basically, the user would come on to the website and pay a small fee to watch a specific video which is pay-per-view and not a membership. I do not want users to have the ability to download the videos, but would rather have them be able to watch the video unlimited times so long as they pay the one time fee.
