If you want to pay low rates, then expect low quality. I have been writing long enough to know what it takes to drive the traffic to your website or blog. I understand how using the right keywords and format that will help your readers find you. So, you are going to make a profit with my writing. So, I feel that if you make $50 with my writing, then paying me $20 is pretty reasonable. Because your left with a $30 profit.
