This design is for an Xbox Gaming site, so I would like it to have an Xbox feel to it. On top of that, I would like the smaller graphics to be made too (as most designers seem to omit them, I figured I'd point it out now for less confusion in the end) such as the pips/ranks for both members and staff, the favicon, and a few other smaller images (roughly 100x100 I believe).
