then , with the price they provided u could have a better idea of the standard in this industry

 

I would suggest asking three seo firms for quotes with action items so that you can compare. Then contact each to understand the different action items and then adjust the quotes to weigh the differences. Probably best not to take the lowest bid unless it is fairly close to the middle bid. It's the only way you would get a realistic idea.
