I was not entirely impressed with his service. He doesn't format the press release correctly, seemingly ignoring paragraphs and line breaks (not sure if he even knows what they are). I have had to chase up some websites who had my press release distributed to Google news to save embarassment to my company.

For me at least I have seen a clear lack of intuition, as he puts incorrect company contact information - despite it clearly featuring at the top of the document in the usual place for a press release. Maybe it's a good thing that it didn't contain my company information in some cases, though.

The saving grace is that he does provide a full report after completion with login details so that you are able to edit or delete specific press releases. In my opinion you shouldn't have to do this, but at least the option is there. As I see it this is a good distribution service at a low price, but you are paying for a relatively low quality service.
