Buying Professional needed to index "banned" domains on Google.

    Hello,

    I have some domains that are not indexed on Google for too long.
    The reason is unknown so I guess they have some sort of ban.
    I'm willing to pay up to 5$ for every domain getting indexed.
    I only need someone professional who knows what he doing.

    If the domains were indexed previously and after then they were banned by Google, then there will no chances to recover this...I had lots of websites with good PR and also good keyword ranking, but unfortunately they were also banned by Google and I tired may times in various ways, but I failed...
