professional looking email

    I'm trying to send out emails to all the poker contacts that I have. I want it to look professional. I would like to send people an email looking like the main page of my site. I would just change the text to give news, and info on upcoming events on my site. So when people open the email, it looks like they are viewing my site. Does anyone know how I can do this?

    My recommendation is that you use the TrafficWave.net AutoResponder system to build and manage your lists.

    Included with your account is an HTML Editor that you can use to create a template that looks just like your site. You can copy the HTML code directly in to the editor itself or use the WYSIWYG to start from scratch.

    I've created a few templates to match some of my sites. When I need to create a new letter, I just go to the template, change the content, save, and schedule the broadcast.
