Contest Professional Logo Design Contest $75 Paypal (72 hours)

My female client runs a boutique, luxury travel company called "Travel Stories."

We require 100% original designs and the rights to legally use any font you use in your design.

We require the logo to be delivered as a transparent .png

We prefer a "flat" logo and are looking for something clean, simple and element.

The "feel" of the design has to convey:

• Luxury
• Premium
• Freedom
• Dreaminess

The design has to work on a light background. (Bonus points if you can provide a 2nd version that works on a dark background.)

Please DO NOT include imagery of the earth, or aeroplanes, ships or any other generic travel cliches.

Ideas:

• Possibly handwritten script for the words "Travel Stories" (but we are also open to your interpretation of what "Luxury" and "premium" feels like.)
• For the graphic - some type of bird could possibly work, but don't focus too much on this if you have better ideas.
• Or any other design you can find inspiration for.
• We are looking for your interpretation of "Travel Stories"

Colour Scheme:

• Dark purple/maroon - I have attached a file showing the purple's she likes
• Potentially gold - Used in moderation
• Potentially silver - Used in moderation

My client has looked at your design and although it's a really nice design, she feels that it's too noisy. she has said that she's not looking for the text to appear "inside" a design.

We're more looking for the text and the graphic to be kind of independent of each other.

She has commented that the font choice is not close to what she is looking for and want's to see more of a handwritten style of font.

Making it appear to be written by someone telling their "travel story"... but, there is a fine line between handwritten script looking elegant vs tacky.

Think calligraphy style and you'll be closer to the mark.

We are thinking along the lines of an elegant style of calligraphy.

This design is more along the right idea however she isn't sure of the logo part. We are unclear what it's supposed to represent.

But you are definitely moving in the right direction.
