has anyone else seen one of these orange popup? I'd like to find out its source or purchase it.

They are very professional looking. After the page loads, the orange bar comes from the bottom of the page. I've seen them several times on different sites. If anyone knows where to get the code, please share.

    Thank you.

DynamicDrive has a script that does the equivalent.

DynamicDrive is also known for hosting copies of scripts - deathshadow once wrote a ticking news scroller that had a lot of unique functionality for a corporate client of his. A few months later, a practically identical script appeared on DynamicDrive.com, but "just enough" of the code was changed to call it a "unique work"
