even though i suspect you aware of your great skills and only making attempts to promote your website, i still like it a lot. its vivid and yet precise; abstract and yet informing - and appose to all the other black backgrounded and none creatively designed sites ive seen lataly, its even brave. good for you.
Garish eye-sore with a codebase that makes one REALLY question the 'professionalism'. The decade old mm_swap nonsense screams tossed together in that steaming pile known as Dreamweaver, since using javascript for image swaps was a bad idea a decade ago, and has no place now that CSS2 is deployable - linked in jquery on a site that doesn't look to ever need it, no closing tags, tranny doctype on a new page, analytics hanging the page-load by putting it in the HEAD instead of the BODY (meaning the generated content is also invalid markup), narrowed text in the menu being illegible both from the character spacing and the low contrast of the magenta when atop a white background, tall line-heights making the division of paragraphs effectively invisible, and fixed metric fonts on the content. At the very least since you are using a XHTML doctype you should close your BODY and HTML tags.

I like the desigb but the top header and the footer graidents don't go with the design but I really like the banner in the middle.
Upon first viewing your home page from a design point of view ... it's a beginning. I don't think I like the 'scarfing' effect of the multi-colors. Without being too judgmental ( I realize it's not a finished product), If I'm on your 'Home' page, click to view your 'Professional Services' page ... I get a hick-up there during the page switch. Your information (content) seems on point & presented well. I don't feel very good about your links page (haven't you heard about link farming? That's what that is. Google isn't a fan of that).
