What are some companies that offer professional hosting?

For example, if we expect millions of impressions a month (5 million+) and over 250,000+ unique users per month.. where do we go for hosting and bandwidth?

What do smaller social networking sites use that have hundreds of thousands of users?

    Thanks in advance.

250K unique users per month. Do you mean you get 250K new user per month? Or your site have 250K unique visits per month?

Also, depending on the nature of your site, you naturally might need more resources. Add in the fact you'll have huge traffic and I know for sure you'll want a dedicated server. Just be sure to read alot of reviews before jumping on any plans.

I think its best to start small, and then think about upgrading when you need it.

You would want to get your self a decent sized dedicated server for that much traffic that you are getting.
