    Can any recommend a 'freelancer' script the likes of freelancer.com or elance.com?

    It needs to be highly professional.

    Get PHPBIDPRO , which is basically a Bidding Script!

    Then Tweak it to the extend You need!

    Check out the ozlancer freelance script - it's not that expensive and a free script won't perform as well or be as tidy!
