    I want to know the rates
    (I have about 12 pages, should not be more than 1000 words, look at them here http://www.xiotel.com)

    and if you will be able to do it directly in the .php and .htm files that I have
    (very clean code minimal usage of <div> <p> <b> <tables>)

    I can send a few sample pages if you want ...
    but can also give me a rough estimate by look at the site
