    I need a professional designer who can work for "free".

    The "free" work will be creating a site for my hosting company.

    Paid work will be requests from offshore hosting clients which i will transfer directly to you via website.

    Hey,

    Okay, well i want a free designer. The designer designs me a website which i use for my hosting company. This hosting design should be free. On the website the designer will have a page which is for "design services". There will be a form places on this page. If any potential customer fills in the form, the details will be sent directly to your email which then you can contact the potential client. I will marketing my website/company etc.
