Buying Professional Designer for clean CSS Design using JQuery UI & Blueprint CSS Framework

    Looking for a Professional XHTML/CSS Designer to re-design our website.

    Requirements:
     - We want the layouts to be prepared using preferably the BluePrint CSS Framework (http://www.blueprintcss.org/) or some other grid based framework.
     - Also we want a designer with good knowledge of the JQuery UI helper classes, so as to utilise them within the design.
     - The designer also must have a very good knowledge of CSS Image Sprites (http://www.w3schools.com/css/css_image_sprites.asp)

    We are looking for a Web 2.0 design which is extremely light weight, and loads really fast. A wireframe model of how the page should look will be provided to you.
