Professional Design Team looking for new projects!

How are you?

I am launching a very little VOIP company in Argentina and i will need to develop an "institutional" site with this style (but witouth the white space at the right: i want a 100% design): http://www.telecom.co.nz/home/0,8746,200478-1000,00.html

I will need:

A few links at the top of the site (the colour of the texts must change when you put the cursor over the link: like you see at the site of telecom.co.nz).

A header with pulldown menues with another options/links which will redirect to sections of the site.

A FAQ section with a search textbox available.

And thats all!

Which is the cost and when do you think that it could be ready and live?
