Selling Professional Chinese Translation Site

I am selling a Chinese/English translation site. This is not an automated online service, but a professional translation company.

The site has a completely custom and working script for instant quote calculation. Customers simply outline the service they require by filling in the form and all details are sent to them, and you via email (feel free to test out the system yourself).

Should they wish to take up the quote, then I have a team of about 12 native Chinese translators in China to whom the texts are sent to (texts are automatically uploaded to server when quote is generated). Texts are then sent back, and customer is invoiced online. This system is tried and tested and is exactly how most major professional translation companies work.

Buyer will receive the site, the script, domain name, hosting for 1 year, and of course access to the team of translators I have built up in China.

Google Adwords can provide approx 40 clicks per day of direct targeted traffic which I'm sure can be heavily monetized. The team in China are paid 30-50usd per 1000 Chinese characters/words translated representing a massive percentage profit per sale (customer price is approx 150usd per 1000 words).

There is huge potential for the site to be launched in China, especially on networks such as Baidu where PPC campaigns are significantly cheaper than the equivalent Google campaigns in Europe.

I would love to pursue this business as i have no doubt it could be immensely profitable but I am leaving the country in a month and unfortunately don't have the time to get it going.

With China becoming such a massive market, especially online, and translations always being in demand from Chinese and Western companies this is a real opportunity to make some money.
