Selling Professional Car Blog with Good Traffic and AdSense Revenue

Hello guys. I'm willing to sell one of my top projects: AskTuning.com.

I've started this site few months ago and it seemed to be a very good idea, since it started to grow instantly. I have only search engine (mostly Google) traffic, both images and search. The niche and the keywords I've been tracking are very popular, although there is no big competition, so it's quite easy to rank high.
I'm able to send specific data to the buyer, such as how to increase the site's traffic, what keywords you should target in order to increase the popularity and traffic, where to get your news, articles and so on.
All the articles are unique (you can check with CopyScape). You will be able to get articles and news from other sites and directly from the car tuning companies, as the site's e-mail is stored in their databases, so you will receive updates, photos, news, press releases as soon as their products go out.

Traffic:
The site gets around 600 - 1000 unique visitors (mostly from Google) each month.

Revenue:
I didn't tried to get much revenue out of it but only with few AdSense ads I managed to earn few dollars each month. The revenue isn't high, but the niche is a very popular one and it can get lots of attraction.
