    I need a coder to transfer a PSD to XHTML for us, for the right person we will have constant work.

    I need the coding to be
    - SEO Optimized
    - Minimal of images.
    - Rounded coders should be made with XHTML / CSS coding
    - TOP Browser Optimized (Chrome, IE, FireFox, Safari)
    - Fast
