Thanks, IMHO, we should have a separate section for Product Support Threads with subsections of the product categories.
Yeah... Might be a good idea. Would just need to figure out a way to do it without letting non-sellers to start threads there.
Hi mate, have you thought about creating a free blog to do product support from (until an alternative option is available)? In the end, it might help you get more sales too (if people are finding the blog through search engines and click through to DP to buy).
