Does anyone know of a good forum for sourcing products? I've been looking through alibaba but without any type of user feedback there is no way to know if a company is fraudulent or not.
sourcing products as in finding suppliers of wholesale products for retail sales, especially suppliers that will work with ecommerce sites as opposed to strictly brick and mortar stores
We ussually use alibaba to promote our products, you right that some company's there are fraudlent, alibaba try to eliminate them by giving access for some trusted member there

Alot of scamming going on at alibaba.com, been there done that. Considered yourself warned. forget about sourcing period. if you must be sell physical products. take the datafeed route. check out the following websites. they have cj,amazon, ebay, pepperjam network, clickbank etc... www.storestacker.com www.datafeedr.com www.popshops.com www.affomatic.com- free ebay affiliate www.mashupmoney.com 1. pick a niche after researching profitability. 2. find products around that niche 3.write at least 10-15 articles around this topic 4. fire up one of the datafeed programs 5. rinse repeat. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LIARS WHO SCAM AND SELL YOU SHIT.
If your looking for product sources and dont want to get scammed, the only way to find consistently reputable manufacturers is from someone registered with the U.S Embassy safe list. Its extreemly Expensive to get the list but if your a product sourcer like myself its well worth it. I have been a member for 4 years now and have used it to source products for major retailers and have never had a bad experience with any manufacturer on it! If you would like more info on it please email me at buyerstap1@gmail.com
If you would like to source products for your retail or distribution needs but don't have the necessary experiences, working with an agent is a good idea.
