Product review script

    The new restaurant review script via a from built2go.com has flexible form fields to allow the review of any type of product, unlimited categories too, so basically all fields and labels can be changed. The design is also fully skinable via a vbulletin type of skin system:

    Sometime ago I coded one it could be found at http://www.rateables.com

    Its a custom coded one though. If you are interested in custom coding your script too. Then let me know :)
