Hi all, I'm preparing to launch a new membership site and since this is my first launch of this type I'm trying to gather as much info on the launch process as possible. I have several books that I'm reading but I was wondering if anyone has any other online resources you might recommend. Blogs, case studies, etc.? I can't afford any of the big launch packages so I'm hoping that I can learn from those who have gone before. I appreciate any recommendations! Thanks! Hi There, I am also looking to do a product launch shortly and I have found that partnering with JV partners is a sure fire way to get things off to a good start. My strategy is to contact potential partners and offer a percentage of the product price (nothing new here). Offer them a higher percentage if they have a large sized list and have a good reputation. Dont be afraid to go as high as 80% either - the more exposure you receive on launch date the better.
