I sincerely hope I'm posting in the right place and if not, will gladly accept direction. I generate links through the "Get Links" tab on the CJ interface. There are products on the Jewels for Me website I'd like to list but they're not in the product listings available under the 'get links' tab. I've already emailed to CJ and was told the products I want to link to are included in the data feed - I don't want to deal with the data feed! I don't need their whole inventory - just about 10-15 links or so. Also, while checking links yesterday I noticed my Ross-Simons product links are no longer valid. I emailed CJ and was told that Ross-Simons has recently redone their website and was told to go back to the interface and generate new links. No problem, except the product link information (again, under the 'get links' tab) is just as incorrect as the link I already have up. Again, I don't need a whole data feed - what I need is to have CJ list valid and accurate links so that when I click on "Get html" when I find a product I like, I'm given valid link information. Is this typical or am I just going about things in the incorrect way? I get the impression that datafeeds are absolutely updated in a timely manner but that the interface on the CJ website is an 'orphan,' and half-forgotten. I need some guidance on how to resolve my mini-problem. Thank you in advance for whatever advice you can give an extreme newbie.
