http://discusswireless.com/ How does this website pull product data feed and make it so integrated ? You select a Brand on the left menu, it gives you a series of products (dynamically I think), and then you can select a product specifically to pull up its full specs. It then finally has a "Buy Now" button which brings it directly to the landing page of the affiliate advertiser from CJ. I'm using popshops right now and I feel its not that good as how this site does it. Does anyone know what "software" or is it some in house programming customizations they did?
Good question... I can see that they're using WordPress as the site's CMS (by looking at the path to the CSS files), but I'm not sure what they're using for the products. It's probably a WordPress plugin - maybe check http://superaff.com/archives/2006/10/12/17-wordpress-plugins-for-affiliate-marketers/ & do some Google searches to see if you can find anything? I'm almost positive that it's not a custom/in-house system that they're using.
Just an ordinary wordpress (highly modified) blog that someone took the time to do just right. It's just like using an ebay feed, just organized in a nice way. There are a few programs being used, but nothing that you could live without if you were to do this. Just a bunch of web traffic stuff. Some other stuff being used from elliottback, but that's probably stuff to cut down on comment spam.
