i know there are some mobile phone affiliate programs.. which pays if you promote their ringtone wallpaper games etc but i want to produce my own mobile phone content and charge per download is there a way to handle payment via mobile.. and offer download i want to provide service to UK USA CANADA AUS etc thank you
