Processor which allows more than 5% of Charge Back

    If you are talking about chargebacks, then there is no processor that can do that. Chargebacks are basically done through Credit Card issuing banks and there is absolutely no way to prevent that.

    Will say the same. You may look into some fraud protection like Maxmind or similar, further you may do some verification of each order to bring down the CB ratio. If you can't get it down the 1% you won't be able to find any solution or if you do, you will face huge fines and penalties.
