    What are the lowest rates you guys are getting right now? I feel like I am not getting the lowest rates here. I am getting 2.15% right now

    What are the rest of the fees that you are paying?

    Depending on what the rest of your rates are, you could have a very good rate. 2.15% is a fairly competitive rate as long as your other fees are reasonable.
