Process of article submissions

Any one suggest me the process of article submissions. While submissions how much links will be given in a particular article body and Author bio. Which one is batter in seo point of view. Please clear, Thanks.

 

each article directory has its onw rule. most of the artcile directories allow you to post 2 links in the author bio. some some directories allow you to add link in the body as well as on the author bio but most of the article directories dont allow any html on the main article body. you just have to get familiar with the directory you submit to

 

Always go for quality articles submission.
If you want to add links in resource box, on an average upto 2 links.
There are selective sites which allow to post more than 2 links.

 

you can submit 1 link in article body in the last paragraph of article body....................and add upto two links in author bio..............
