Process For Transferring Godaddy Domains??

Hi,

I have several domains that I would like to sell that are registered at Godaddy.Com. These domains are registered under my personal account. I would like to sell some of these domains and transfer them to the new buyer upon receiving payment. But before I place these domains up for sale I would like to know the process of transferring these domains to their new owners and their accounts.

Any information regarding the process/requirements/fees would be greatly appreciated.

just ask the buyer's email so you can push the domains.

Its free to push to another godaddy acct.

 

I assumed that the process was not very difficult. Just never had to transfer a domain before and thought I better learn the process before I posted the domains for sale.

Actually, you will need more than just the email address to push a domain name in GoDaddy.

1) Log In
2) Go to 'My Domains'
3) Select the Domain Name in question and click 'Initiate Account Change'
4) You will need to provide the new owner Name, Email Address, Address and Contact Information .

5) Within an hour, the receipt would be sent an email to accept the domain name and when they accept, the switch over would be complete.
