I Need a simple merchant account. All I need it to do is Accept Credit card transactions, and send the money to my bank account. The merchant account ideally cannot be based in the U.S. The Money would go to a European bank account. Has to be simple enough to just put the Buy now Button on my website, and enable people to purchase. Kind of like the paypal Buy now buttons where the information is Prefilled after clicking Buy now, and allowing customer to enter Shipping + CC #. Whoever gets me the best answer/Merchant account with the least fees gets 2$!
First I would check with your bank. Some banks provide a merchant service (most banks do). If that isn't the case check out verisign most major company use them and its a huge company. Either one of those should help you out!
There are many options out there depending on what level of transactions you require. If you have a true merchant account then things like WorldPay or Protx. If you want a more basic service like paypal then there are services like NoChex
Has to be compliant with an online pharmacy. 80% Of merchant accounts / Banks aren't compliant with them, [My assumption]. Googled Online pharmacy merchant accounts and found a lot of them. Don't know which ones are good / Legit. The big ones, like the few you mentioned probably don't do online pharmacy transactions.
I think it will depend what you mean by "pharmacy". If you are talking a licensed business for dispensing prescription medication but online will be complying with legal requirements of only selling over the counter medication then I doubt they would have an issue. If you are talking about the type of site that sells viagra and viagra substitutes etc then yes, given these activities are frequently illegal then many places will not want the association.
